If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what to do in the garden each month, you’re not alone. Gardening changes with every season, and it can be hard to stay on top of what needs to be planted, pruned, or prepped.  It can feel like a full-time job!

I’m a checklist kind of girl, and without clear direction on what I need to be doing, or when, I easily feel overwhelmed.  I write myself lists and check things off as I go.  So naturally, I love a good checklist in the garden!  I also hear from my garden coaching clients regularly that they struggle with knowing what to do in the garden and exactly when they should be doing it.  They want clear, easy to follow directions.

That’s why I created this month-by-month gardening guide!  It’s your go-to roadmap for every season of the year. From seed starting in February to harvesting in July and cleaning up in October, you’ll find gardening tasks by month with clear, simple guidance to help you stay organized and confident all year long.

Each month includes a free printable checklist and a link to a full blog post packed with helpful tips.

I’ve also included seasonal gardening guides for winter, spring, and fall to help you plan throughout the year. Each one focuses on the key tasks for that season, from winter rest and reflection to spring planting and fall cleanup. Summer doesn’t have its own guide because it’s the busiest season in the garden, but you’ll find plenty of summer tasks woven throughout the monthly posts, along with lots of general summer gardening posts throughout my blog.
